Vir Biotechnology is looking for patients in San Diego and Los Angeles counties who have recovered from COVID-19 to donate blood to help the company find better ways to diagnose and treat the infection. The San Francisco company says patients must be between the ages of 18 to 70 and have had a documented COVID-19 infection. They can participate even if they did not have symptoms of the infection.
